Hello, my name Anthony Washington. Sr. and I am a former NCAA Division 3 and MD JUCO assistant women’s basketball coach. I earned the 2017 National Scout of the Year for my work with student-athletes. I believe that student-athletes are being short-changed when it comes to the recruiting process as well as social development. I began to see that something was missing regarding not only athletic recruiting but skill and social development. There also appears to be a need for training of up-and-coming youth coaches as well.
There is more than one way to reach the student-athlete of today and the staff at Facilitate The Process have the knowledge, skills, and ability to assist today’s student-athletes, families, and coaches.
